EVA Holdings (00838) subsidiary obtains up to HKD 290 million financing limit from BOC Hong Kong.
EVA Holdings (00838) announced that on September 7, 2023, its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary Yihe Limited signed a financing agreement (BOC HONG KONG Financing Agreement) provided by Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited, dated August 25, 2023. According to the BOC HONG KONG Financing Agreement, Bank of China (Hong Kong) has agreed to provide an additional long-term installment loan of up to HKD 250 million to Yihe Limited (the financing amount), with a final maturity date of 3 years from the date of the first drawdown.
Together with the existing BOC HONG KONG financing facilities, including a revolving loan of up to HKD 40 million, the total amount of financing provided by Bank of China (Hong Kong) is HKD 290 million.
