Guangzhou Automobile Group (02238) announced that the first exercise period of the A-share stock option and restricted stock incentive plan for 2020 has resulted in the exercise of 292,700 shares. Starting from December 12, 2022, the exercise period has entered into force. As of August 31, 2023, a total of 28,726,700 shares have been exercised, accounting for 80.77% of the total stock option quantity available for exercise in the first exercise period.

In August, SEAZEN (01030) contract sales amounted to approximately 6.047 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 36.3%.

On September 7th, E-STAR CM (06668) spent approximately HKD 522,600 to repurchase 343,000 shares.
