Jiangsu Huasheng Tianlong Photoelectric (300029.SZ) announced that the company intends to sign contracts with Hunan Yongzhou Lingling Youneng Wind Power Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Hunan Youneng") for the purchase of wind power generation units (including towers, anchor bolts, etc.) and their ancillary equipment, as well as transformer equipment and materials for the installation engineering of the booster station at the Lingling Liangshan Qi Wind Power Plant in Hunan Youneng. The total contract amount is 2.33 billion yuan, with individual amounts of 205 million yuan and 28 million yuan for the wind power generation units (including towers, anchor bolts, etc.) and ancillary equipment, and transformer equipment and materials for the booster station installation engineering, respectively.

Lyft (LYFT.US) partnering with Waymo, the "value" is in doubt. Wall Street cautiously views it: limited potential benefits from the cooperation.
