VERTICAL INT'L (08375): Ma Junhui has been appointed as an executive director

VERTICAL INT'L (08375) announced the following changes, effective from December 27, 2024: (1) Mai Junhui has been appointed as an executive director of the company; (2) Deng Kaihong has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of the company; and (3) Wu Yuantao has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of the company.
