OCEAN STAR TECH (08297) announces that starting from December 27, 2024: (a) Simon Chu is appointed as a non-executive director of the company; (b) Tang Yiu Kei resigns as an independent non-executive director of the company and will no longer serve as chairman of the audit committee, member of the nomination committee, and member of the remuneration committee; and (c) Mary is appointed as an independent non-executive director of the company, chairman of the audit committee, member of the nomination committee, and member of the remuneration committee.
