Shareholder Li Jian of Hangzhou Huaxing Chuangye Communication Technology (300025.SZ) intends to transfer 5% of the shares to Sanwei in Chengdu.

Hangzhou Huaxing Chuangye Communication Technology (300025.SZ) issued an announcement that on December 26, 2024, Li Jian, a shareholder holding more than 5% of the company's shares, signed a "Li Jian and Chengdu Santi Universe Cultural Development Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Chengdu Santi") Share Transfer Agreement regarding Hangzhou Huaxing Chuangye Communication Technology Co., Ltd." with Chengdu Santi. It was agreed that Li Jian would transfer 25.44 million shares of the company's unlimited circulating shares to Chengdu Santi, accounting for 5% of the total share capital of the company. Both parties confirmed that the total transaction price before tax for this transaction is RMB 338 million.
