Shanghai CDXJ Digital Technology (603887.SH) announced that the company plans to make partial changes to the raised funds for the investment project "Phase I of the HuTai Intelligent Cloud Valley Digital Technology Industrial Park Project" ("Taicang Data Center Project"). Among them, 200 million yuan is planned to be invested in the new project "China Mobile Limited Yangtze River Delta (Yangzhou) Data Center Computing Infrastructure Construction and Maintenance Service Project" ("China Mobile Yangzhou Intelligence Computing Center Project") for the construction of a portion of the intelligent computing center building. The new project is expected to start production and generate revenue in October 2025.
It is reported that the company's "Taicang Data Center Project" has already completed the procurement and installation of general equipment, and it is expected that the comprehensive installation and commissioning of general equipment can be completed around April 2025. The remaining investment is mainly for the procurement and subsequent installation and commissioning of custom-made special equipment for customers, but as of now, no related orders have been signed. The originally planned investment of the raised funds for the related custom-made special equipment cannot be further invested. Therefore, the funds will be used for more urgent projects after the change, which will help improve the efficiency of the use of raised funds.
