China Zheshang Bank (02016) announced that at the 6th extraordinary meeting of the 7th Board of Directors held on December 27, 2024, it approved the capital increase of Zhejiang Yinjin Leasing. The bank plans to invest a maximum of RMB 1.02 billion in the capital increase.
As of the date of this announcement, Zhejiang Yinjin Leasing is a subsidiary of the bank, with the bank holding 51.00%, Zhejiang Jinkong holding 29.00%, and Zhoushan Ocean holding 20.00%. The capital increase of Zhejiang Yinjin Leasing will be subscribed by its existing shareholders in proportion to their shareholding, with a total of 1.15 billion shares to be issued and a fundraising amount of up to RMB 2 billion. As the controlling shareholder of Zhejiang Yinjin Leasing, the bank plans to invest up to RMB 1.02 billion.
