China International Capital Corporation Limited stated that LUK FOOK's operational performance in the second half of the 2025 fiscal year exceeded expectations. In addition to the rise in gold prices, the selection of Cheng Yi as a new brand spokesperson and the launch of a new product series with Chinese-style designs also helped boost sales momentum. Thanks to these measures, LUK FOOK is expected to resume store expansion in the second half of the 2026 fiscal year, which the bank sees as a positive signal. Citigroup released a report stating that LUK FOOK HOLD's net profit for the 2025 fiscal year fell by 37.77% year-on-year, roughly in line with profit warnings, but higher than the bank's original expectations. The second half of the 2025 fiscal year saw some improvement compared to the first half. Due to strong demand for fixed-price gold products and a low base, same-store sales growth on the mainland has rebounded to around 20% since the start of the 2026 fiscal year. Management expects same-store sales growth to reach double digits in all regions in the 2026 fiscal year, surpassing the bank's expectations. The outlook for net store growth is also a positive surprise.
