Jiangyin Electrical Alloy (300697.SZ) announcement, the company plans to establish wholly-owned subsidiaries in Hong Kong, China and Singapore as path companies, and then establish subsidiaries in Mexico through the path companies in Hong Kong, China and Singapore to produce and sell high-quality copper materials and components that can be applied in data centers to meet the huge demand for high-quality copper materials in the North American market. The planned investment amount for this project is expected to be no more than 100 million RMB, which will be used for fixed asset investment and working capital reserves.
