Announcement from Transportation Telecommunication & Information Development Inc. Ltd. Zhejiang (300469.SZ): The company has learned that Transportation Communication Information Group Co., Ltd. ("Transportation Communication Group") has publicly listed its 30% stake in Communication (Shanghai) Private Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd. ("Communication Fund") for transfer on the Beijing Property Exchange. The transaction will be priced based on the net asset valuation of Communication Fund as of December 31, 2023. The 30% stake held by Transportation Communication Group in Communication Fund will be publicly listed for transfer at 2.8882 million yuan, and the specific transaction price will be determined by the public listing bidding result. If the equity transfer transaction is completed, Transportation Communication Group will no longer hold any stake in Communication Fund.
