Wuxi ETEK Microelectronics (688601.SH) announced that, based on the company's strategic planning and business needs, the company signed a "Wuxi Lidong Entrepreneurship Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) Partnership Agreement" with Xiamen Zongheng Jinding Private Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd. in June 2024 as a limited partner, jointly investing in the establishment of "Wuxi Lidong Entrepreneurship Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership)". The company invested RMB 99.00 million with its own funds, accounting for 99.00% of the total subscribed amount of the partnership enterprise. The partnership enterprise completed fund registration with the China Securities Investment Fund Association on July 17, 2024. According to the deliberation of the investment projects at the partnership enterprise partners meeting, the partnership decided to increase the capital of Lidong Fund. The registered capital of Lidong Fund was changed from RMB 100 million to RMB 150 million, with the company as a limited partner increasing its total subscribed capital from RMB 99.00 million to RMB 149 million, and its share from 99.00% to 99.33%. General partner Xiamen Zongheng Jinding Private Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd. did not change its subscribed capital, and there were no new partners involved in this transaction.
