Yantai Changyu Pioneer Wine (000869.SZ) announced that the company intends to sign a "Compensation Agreement" with the people's governments of Zhuqiao Town, Laizhou City and Yidao Town, Laizhou City. The people's governments of Zhuqiao Town and Yidao Town will use an evaluation value of 221 million yuan as consideration (compensation) to acquire the Zhuqiao Grape Base from the company. After deducting the compensation of 196.187 million yuan paid to farmers and collective assets, the company actually received a compensation of 202 million yuan.
