Nanhua Instruments (300417.SZ) announced that the company recently received a decision from the Guangdong Regulatory Bureau of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (referred to as "Guangdong Regulatory Bureau") to issue a warning letter to Nanhua Instruments Co., Ltd., Yang Yaoguang, Liang Weiming, Zhou Liuzhu, and Wu Songying (Decision No. [2024] 214).
After investigation, the company was found to have the following violations: (1) inaccurate calculation of investment income from joint ventures. (2) Failure to review and disclose significant changes in accounting estimates as required. (3) Inaccurate disclosure of information on the top five customers and transaction amounts.
