Citigroup ranks BlackRock, Inc. (BLK.US) as the best asset management company in 2025. Citigroup analyst Christopher Allen said, "Given BlackRock, Inc.'s leading position in the market, positive trends in fixed income, currency, and commodities (FICC) products will continue to benefit the company." Citigroup has a "buy" rating for BlackRock, Inc.
Allen added, "Early indicators suggest that risk appetite will return in 2025, which should be favorable for BlackRock, Inc.'s ETF and expanding alternative investment platform."
He stated, "As new trades fully leverage the opportunities presented by the platform in distribution, cross-selling, and product development, alternative investments are poised for accelerated growth."
Meanwhile, the analyst believes that Invesco (IVZ.US) and T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. (TROW.US) have a more balanced risk/reward profile, so both are maintaining a "neutral" rating.
