G.A. Holdings (08126) announced that the group has entered into two leasing agreements with another independent third-party auto dealer (tenant) in the group. According to the two leasing agreements, the group agrees to lease the existing land, buildings, factories, and equipment located in Quanzhou Fubao and Longyan Zhongbao to the tenant in exchange for rental income.
