Shenzhen Tagen Group(000090.SZ) announced that its holding subsidiary, Shenzhen Tianjian Redevelopment Investment Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Redevelopment Company"), recently received a "Bid (Transaction) Notice" from the Shenzhen Public Resource Trading Center, confirming that the Redevelopment Company has been selected as the service provider for the intention solicitation stage of the service project for the redevelopment of Shawei Village in Shatou Street Office, Futian District. The contract will be signed on November 19, 2024, with a bid price of 4.1 million RMB.
The successful implementation of this project will have a positive impact on the company's future expansion of redevelopment projects in urban villages and performance, laying a solid foundation for the company's sustainable development and acquisition of incremental projects.
