KINGKEY FIN INT (01468): Liang Zhaoji appointed as Executive Director

KINGKEY FIN INT (01468) announces that, starting from November 20, 2024, Mr. Leung Siu Kee has been transferred from an independent non-executive director to an executive director. The Special Board Committee under the Board of Directors has been dissolved as of November 20, 2024. The Board believes that the original purpose of establishing the Special Board Committee has been achieved, and therefore, it is no longer needed. The functions and responsibilities of the Special Board Committee will be assumed by the Board as a whole when needed in the future. Due to the transfer and dissolution of the Special Board Committee, the composition of the Board of Directors has changed as follows starting from November 20, 2024: 1. Mr. Leung will no longer serve as the Chairman of the Nomination Committee, a member of the Audit Committee, and a member and Chairman of the Special Board Committee. 2. Mr. Chen Ting Feng has been appointed as the Chairman of the Nomination Committee. 3. Ms. Mak Yun Chu, Mr. Kong Wei Ci, and Mr. Chen Ting Feng are no longer members of the Special Board Committee.
