Hangzhou Binjiang Real Estate Group (002244.SZ) announces that on November 20, 2024, the company successfully bid for the state-owned construction land use right for land parcel number Hangzhou Zhengchu [2024]124. The planned use for the land is residential, with a construction land area of 30,394m2 and a total land price of 3.954 billion yuan.
