Tangshan Port Group (601000.SH) announced that the board of directors recently received a written resignation report from Ma Xiping. Ma Xiping, due to job changes, applied to resign from the positions of chairman of the board, director, as well as the strategic committee and nomination committee of the board. After resignation, Ma Xiping will no longer hold any position in the company.
