They plan to reduce their holdings of the company's shares through centralized competitive bidding within 3 months after the announcement is made, for a total of no more than 5.2923 million shares (including this amount), which is no more than 1.73% of the company's total share capital. The reduction price will be determined based on the market price at the time of actual implementation.
