Zhilian (002010.SZ) appoints Zhou Shengxue as the general manager.

Transfar Zhilian (002010.SZ) announced that Mr. Zhou Jiahai has applied to resign from the position of company General Manager, and will continue to serve as the Chairman of the Board of Directors. Mr. Zhou Shengxue has applied to resign from the position of Vice General Manager and will take on the role of General Manager. Mr. Fu Youlin and Mr. Li Shaobo have applied to resign from the position of Vice General Managers but will remain employed by the company. The resignation reports of the aforementioned personnel will take effect upon delivery to the Board of Directors. After deliberation at the 22nd meeting of the 8th Board of Directors, it was agreed to appoint Mr. Zhou Shengxue as the company's General Manager, and to appoint Mr. Qu Yaping and Mr. Wang Shengpeng as Vice General Managers. Their terms of office will begin on the day of approval by the Board of Directors and will continue until the current term of the Board of Directors expires.
