JinFu Technology (003018.SZ) announced that the company's controlling shareholder, Chen Jinpei, intends to transfer 17.16 million unrestricted tradable shares of the company to Huang Qiusong through an agreement transfer, accounting for 6.6% of the total share capital of the company. The transferee and the controlling shareholder of the company have no related relationship. The total transfer price is 141 million yuan.
