On November 18, 2024, Mr. Zhou Dehong and Ms. Zhou Xiufeng signed a "Share Transfer Agreement" with Chizhou Investech. According to the agreement, Mr. Zhou Dehong will transfer 164 million shares of the company (accounting for 17.84% of the total share capital) to Chizhou Investech through an agreement transfer. Ms. Zhou Xiufeng will transfer 43.572 million shares of the company (accounting for 4.73% of the total share capital) to Chizhou Investech through an agreement transfer. Mr. Zhou Dehong and Ms. Zhou Xiufeng, together, will transfer a total of 208 million shares of the company (accounting for 22.57% of the total share capital) to Chizhou Investech in this transaction. After the transaction is completed, Chizhou Investech will hold the voting rights of 22.57% of the company's shares, making Chizhou Investech the controlling shareholder of the company.
