Lihe Technology (300800.SZ) announcement, the company's shareholder Guoke Ruihua venture capital enterprise (referred to as "Guoke Ruihua") has cumulatively reduced its holdings of the company's shares by 5.52 million shares, accounting for 2.39% of the total share capital of the company. The reduction plan has been completed on November 15, 2024.

The actual controller of Jiangsu Baoli International Investment (300135.SZ) will change to the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Chizhou City, and trading will resume on November 19th.
