I. National General Public Budget Revenue and Expenditure
A. General public budget revenue
From January to October, the national general public budget revenue was 18.4981 trillion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 1.3%. Among them, national tax revenue was 15.0782 trillion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 4.5%; non-tax revenue was 3.4199 trillion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 15.3%. Central and local revenues: central general public budget revenue was 8.2482 trillion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 3.9%; local general public budget revenue was 10.2499 trillion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 0.9%.
Details of main tax revenue items are as follows:
1. Domestic value-added tax was 5.6619 trillion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 5.1%.
2. Domestic consumption tax was 1.4055 trillion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 2.4%.
3. Corporate income tax was 3.8467 trillion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 2.9%.
4. Personal income tax was 1.1987 trillion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 3.9%.
5. Import value-added tax and consumption tax were 1.5777 trillion yuan, flat from the same period last year. Customs duties were 202.1 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 4.4%.
6. Export tax rebates were 1.6958 trillion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 9.9%.
7. Urban maintenance and construction tax were 423 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 5.2%.
8. Vehicle purchase tax was 200.2 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 11.6%.
9. Stamp tax was 292 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 16.4%. Among them, securities transaction stamp tax was 86.6 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 46.4%.
