Jilin Electric Power (000875.SZ) announced that the Board of Directors received a written resignation letter from Mr. Xie Jing, the company's Chief Accountant, on November 18, 2024, for reasons related to job changes. Mr. Xie has applied to resign from his position as the company's Chief Accountant. After resigning, Mr. Xie will no longer hold any positions in the company or its subsidiaries. Until a new financial officer takes office, Mr. Niu Guojun, the company's general manager, will temporarily assume the responsibilities of the financial officer.
