Hunan Hengguang Technology (301118.SZ) announced that its board of directors has approved its wholly-owned subsidiary Hengrun Chemical Sole Proprietorship Co., Ltd. ("Hengrun Chemical") to invest in and construct a project in Thakhek County, Khammouan Province, Laos. The project will have an annual production capacity of 300,000 tons of chemicals, including 100,000 tons of phosphorus chemical products and 200,000 tons of sulfuric acid products. The total investment will not exceed 250 million Chinese yuan.
