Bozhon Precision Industry Technology (688097.SH) announced that its controlling shareholder, Jiangsu Bozhon Intelligent Technology Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as Bozhon Group), and its concerted action party Suzhou Zhong Er Equity Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Suzhou Zhong Er") have signed a share transfer agreement with Tianjin Xinsci Hongchuang Equity Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Xinsci Hongchuang"). They plan to transfer 24,235,107 unrestricted tradable shares held by Suzhou Zhong Er (accounting for 5.426% of the current total share capital of the company) to Xinsci Hongchuang. After this agreement, Suzhou Zhong Er will still directly hold 29.216% of the company's shares. Xinsci Hongchuang will directly hold 5.426% of the company's shares.
