China Ting (03398) announced that Luo Bingxian has resigned from the company's auditor, effective from November 14, 2024. Following Luo Bingxian's resignation, at the recommendation of the Audit Committee, the Board of Directors has decided to appoint Hong Kong Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited (Deloitte) as the new auditor of the company to fill the interim vacancy, serving until the company's upcoming annual general meeting expected to be held around May 2025. The appointment is subject to Deloitte completing the acceptance procedures before taking effect.
