ZHENGWEI GROUP (02147) announced that the Board of Directors has decided to change the company's financial year-end date from December 31 to June 30, effective immediately. Therefore, the company's next financial year-end date will be June 30, 2025, and the next set of audited financial statements to be published by the group will cover the eighteen-month period from January 1, 2024, to June 30, 2025.
