Zhongrun Resources Investment Corporation (000506.SZ) subsidiary plans to acquire the remaining 28.8% equity interest in Tibet Zhongjin for 6.4 million yuan.

Zhongrun Resources Investment Corporation (000506.SZ) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Zhongrun Mining Development Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Zhongrun Mining"), holds 71.2% of the equity of Tibet Zhongjin Mining Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Tibet Zhongjin"). Recently, Zhongrun Mining signed a "Equity Transfer Agreement" with Shandong Bona Investment Co., Ltd., the shareholder holding 28.8% of the equity of Tibet Zhongjin. Both parties agreed that Zhongrun Mining will acquire the 28.8% equity of Tibet Zhongjin held by Shandong Bona for a consideration of RMB 6.4 million. After the equity transfer is completed, Zhongrun Mining will hold 100% of Tibet Zhongjin's equity. The announcement shows that Tibet Zhongjin's main asset is the exploration right of the Jiaori Ama Copper-Iron Mine in Jiangda County, Chamdo, Tibet, and has not carried out actual operating activities in recent years.
