Beijing North Star (601588.SH) announced that on July 10, 2024, Beichen Group increased its holdings of the company's unrestricted tradable A shares by 6.5117 million shares through the Shanghai Stock Exchange centralized bidding method. This represents 0.24% of the total A shares of the company and 0.19% of the total share capital. More than half of the planned increase has been completed during this period.

Zhongrun Resources Investment Corporation (000506.SZ) subsidiary plans to acquire the remaining 28.8% equity interest in Tibet Zhongjin for 6.4 million yuan.

On November 15th, Tiangego (01980) repurchased 400,000 shares for 231,500 Hong Kong dollars.
