CINNO Research: Overall price of mobile panels in November remains mostly stable.

CINNO Research published an article, entering November, driven by domestic "Double 11" and overseas "Black Friday" promotions, coupled with the recent release of new mobile phone models by multiple brands, the demand for smart phone terminal market continues to rise, leading to an improvement in the upstream panel market trend. Overall prices are expected to remain stable, while prices for some technical non-cell phone panels may decrease. a-Si: In November, overall demand for a-Si panels remains high, especially with strong demand from brand ends. Prices for a-Si Cell panels remain stable, and it is anticipated that module prices will stabilize after reaching the bottom. LTPS: LTPS production lines benefit from the subsidy policies for electric vehicles introduced in various regions, leading to an increase in demand for upstream vehicle display panels and improved capacity utilization rates. However, demand for panels for mobile applications remains sluggish and prices are expected to continue to decline. AMOLED: Rigid AMOLED panel prices are expected to remain stable in the short term. Overall demand for flexible AMOLED panels is showing signs of recovery, driven by the concentration of new models from multiple brands and the shift of rigid orders from Samsung to domestic flexible production lines due to adjustments in domestic brand strategies. This has led to continuous full production capacity at multiple domestic leading production lines. Against this backdrop, ensuring on-time delivery to meet market demand has become the top priority for major manufacturers, and it is expected that prices for flexible AMOLED panels will also remain stable. CINNO Research predicts that in November and December, a-Si panel prices will remain at a low level without further decreases; LTPS panel prices will continue to decline; and rigid/flexible AMOLED panel prices will trend towards stability in the short term.
