CHINA COME RIDE (08039) appointed Shao Yuming, Wang Yumei, and Ang Yunchun as independent non-executive directors.

CHINA COME RIDE (08039) announced that Mr. Wang Taoquan has been re-appointed as an executive director from an independent non-executive director, and will no longer serve as the chairman of the remuneration committee, a member of the audit committee, and a member of the nomination committee; Ms. Shao Yuming, Ms. Wang Yumei, and Mr. Ang Yunchun have been appointed as independent non-executive directors, effective from November 14, 2024. On the same day, Mr. Li Jiajun was appointed as the company secretary and authorized representative. Ms. Shao Yuming was appointed as the chairman of the audit committee, a member of the remuneration committee, and a member of the nomination committee; Ms. Wang Yumei was appointed as the chairman of the remuneration committee, a member of the audit committee, and a member of the nomination committee; Mr. Ang Yunchun was appointed as the chairman of the nomination committee, a member of the audit committee, and a member of the remuneration committee; and Mr. Zhou Renchao will no longer serve as the chairman of the nomination committee and a member of the remuneration committee.
