Bohai Leasing(000415.SZ) plans to sell 10 aircraft leasing assets with accompanying leases.

Bohai Leasing (000415.SZ) announced that, in order to optimize the company's asset structure, improve the quality of the fleet assets, and enhance the company's competitiveness in the global aircraft leasing market, its controlling subsidiary Avolon Holdings Limited ("Avolon") and its wholly-owned subsidiary Avolon Aerospace Leasing Limited ("AALL") and related entities signed Aircraft Sale Agreement, Beneficial Interest Sale Agreement, and related agreements with SMBC Aviation Capital Limited ("SMBC") in Ireland on November 13, 2024 (Dublin time). AALL, through its subsidiary SPV or companies with economic interests, sold 10 aircraft leasing assets with attached leases to SMBC or its designated party. The market value of the 10 aircraft leasing assets with attached leases is approximately $477 million (equivalent to approximately RMB 3.418 billion at the exchange rate of 1:7.1659), and the actual selling price will be determined through negotiation between the parties based on this value.
