HARBIN ELECTRIC (01133) announced that Mr. Hu Jianmin has resigned from his position as an independent non-executive director of the company, as well as the chairman of the audit committee, remuneration committee, strategic development committee, and nomination committee, in order to focus on personal matters. His resignation is effective from the date of this announcement. Mr. Tang Zhihong has also resigned from his position as an independent non-executive director of the company, as well as the chairman of the audit committee, and as a member of the remuneration committee, strategic development committee, and nomination committee, in order to focus on personal matters. His resignation is effective from the date of this announcement.
