Shenzhen Manst Technology (301325.SZ) announced that its controlling subsidiary, Hunan Ancheng New Energy Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Hunan Ancheng" or "Seller"), has signed a purchase contract for energy storage complete equipment (150MW/600MWh) for the Chabei Management Area (300MW/1.2GWh) Grid-Side Independent Energy Storage Station project with Power Construction Corporation of China, Ltd. East China Survey Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd. (referred to as "East China Survey" or "Buyer") and Hebei Ruifengyunlian Digital New Energy Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Hebei Ruifeng" or "Owner"). The total contract amount is RMB 405 million (including tax).
