SUNDY SERVICE (09608) announced that, according to the terms of the binding agreement, Black Cat has the right to repay all or part of the outstanding amount to the company before the due date without penalty. This can be done by providing written notice to the company at least 14 days in advance, specifying the amount to be repaid and the number of convertible securities to be cancelled.
On November 12, 2024, Black Cat repaid a total amount of approximately AUD 9 million in convertible securities, including principal of approximately AUD 9 million and interest income of approximately AUD 26,284.85 ("the Repayment"). As of the date of this announcement, the total interest income generated by the convertible securities is approximately AUD 700,000.
Since the end of October 2024, the group has been in discussions and negotiations with Black Cat in order to reach a feasible and acceptable extension plan for the Repayment. Despite the efforts made by the group, no agreement has been reached as of the date of this announcement. Additionally, the group has been seeking legal advice under Australian law regarding further actions the group may take.
