The SAR government will fulfill its duties as the head of the household, take proactive actions, unite all sectors to build Hong Kong together. He pointed out that the business sector, especially entrepreneurs, have the capability, experience, and network to drive economic development. All sectors of society should be good companions, active participants, and contributors, taking concrete and practical actions for Hong Kong's future.
