Hainan Expressway (000886.SZ) takes over the maintenance management of some national and provincial highways in Hainan Province.

Hainan Expressway (000886.SZ) issued an announcement to implement the requirements of the Ministry of Transportation on deepening the structural reform of the supply side, promoting specialization in maintenance and modernizing management, and solidifying the company's transportation main business. Recently, the company signed a "Hainan Province Ordinary National and Provincial Highway Maintenance Marketization Transfer Management Agreement" with the Hainan Provincial Highway Administration Bureau (hereinafter referred to as the "Provincial Highway Bureau"). This agreement is a general framework agreement, which stipulates that the company will undertake the daily maintenance management of Hainan's provincial roads in 8 cities and counties including Haikou, Wenchang, Qionghai, Wanning, Chengmai, Lingao, Ding'an, and Tunchang.
