IDTINT'L (00167): Chen Weijie appointed as independent non-executive director

IDT International (00167) announced that Ms. Chen Weijie has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the Nomination and Corporate Governance Committee (Nomination Committee), and a member of the Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors; Mr. Mai Tiansheng has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the Audit Committee, and a member of the Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee; Dr. Lou Zhenye has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the Remuneration Committee, and a member of the Audit Committee and Nomination Committee; Mr. Xu Jinwen has been appointed as a member of the Remuneration Committee, all effective from September 25, 2024.
