CHINA RE (01508) has announced that the Stock Exchange has granted the company an exemption on September 24, 2024, which will be valid for a period of three years from the date of the exemption (exemption period). As a result, the appointment of Liu Yuanzhang as the joint company secretary will take effect from September 24, 2024.
Since Liu Yuanzhang has officially assumed the role of the company's joint company secretary, Zhu Xiaoyun will no longer serve as the company's joint company secretary from September 24, 2024.
