Datuk Kang to retire as independent non-executive director

Kingkey International Development Limited (01693) announced that Datuk Kong will retire as an independent non-executive director after the shareholders' annual general meeting.

BGMC (01693) has announced that after the shareholders' annual meeting, Datuk Jiang will resign as an independent non-executive director. All changes will take effect on September 24, 2024: as Datuk Jiang has resigned as an independent non-executive director, he will no longer serve as a member of the Board Audit Committee, Board Nomination Committee, and Board Remuneration Committee.
