AM GROUP (01849) announced that the delayed release of the full-year financial results for 2024 may be due to restrictions faced by the auditors in accessing the books and records of the Company's subsidiaries in the People's Republic of China. The Company has been working closely with the subsidiaries and auditors to provide all necessary information and documents to expedite the audit process for the full-year financial results of 2024. In addition, the Company has applied to the Stock Exchange for the resumption of trading in its shares from 9:00 am on Wednesday, September 25, 2024.
