Zhongmin Energy (600163.SH) issued an announcement that on September 24, 2024, the company held the 14th extraordinary meeting of the ninth Board of Directors via communication, and approved the "Proposal on Establishing a Subsidiary Company through External Investment" through a vote by name. The target investment is Fujian Fuzhou Mintou Offshore Wind Power Substation Co., Ltd. (tentative name, subject to approval by the market supervision department). The investment amount is the registered capital of Fujian Fuzhou Mintou Offshore Wind Power Substation Co., Ltd. is RMB 100 million, of which the company will contribute RMB 51 million, accounting for 51% of the registered capital.
