WAN LEADER (08482) announced that as resolutions 2 and 3 were not passed by shareholders at the adjourned annual general meeting, Zhang Fengfei and Wu Yushan have resigned as executive directors, effective immediately after the adjourned annual general meeting. As resolution 5 (A) was not passed by shareholders at the adjourned annual general meeting, Lai Beizhi has resigned as independent non-executive director, effective immediately after the adjourned annual general meeting. Lai Beizhi will no longer serve as chairman of the company's remuneration committee, audit committee, and nomination committee, effective immediately after the adjourned annual general meeting.
