Zoje Resources Investment (002021.SZ) announced that its largest shareholder, Yuhuan Hengjie Entrepreneurship Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Yuhuan Hengjie"), signed a Stock Transfer Agreement with its actual controller, Yuhuan State-owned Assets Investment and Operation Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Yuhuan State Investment") on September 19, 2024. Yuhuan Hengjie plans to transfer 130 million shares of the company's unrestricted circulating shares (accounting for 10.75% of the company's total share capital) held by it to Yuhuan State Investment at a price of 1.35 yuan per share through an agreement transfer.
