MBV INTL (01957) announced that the Board of Directors has been informed by one of the company's major shareholders, MBV Capital Limited ("MBV Capital"), that from September 19, 2024 to September 20, 2024, MBV Capital carried out on-exchange transactions through the Stock Exchange, selling a total of 6.3 million shares of the company at an average price of approximately HK$0.43 per share ("Sale Transaction"), equivalent to about 1% of the total number of issued shares of the company as of the date of this announcement.
Following the Sale Transaction, the number of shares held by MBV Capital decreased from 439.6 million shares (approximately 70.0% of the total number of issued shares of the company) to 433.3 million shares (approximately 69% of the total number of issued shares of the company).
As of the date of this announcement, MBV Capital's issued share capital is owned by Dato' Tan Meng Seng, Dato' Tan Mein Kwang, and Mr. Tan Beng Sen (all executive directors) each holding approximately 33.3%.
