China Longyuan Power Group Corporation (00916) announced that the company has completed the issuance of its medium-term notes on September 20, 2024. The medium-term notes consist of two different types. The first type has a total issuance of RMB 2 billion, a term of 3 years, a face value of RMB 100, and a coupon rate of 2.12%, with interest starting to accrue from September 23, 2024. The second type has a total issuance of RMB 1 billion, a term of 10 years, a face value of RMB 100, and a coupon rate of 2.37%, with interest also starting to accrue from September 23, 2024.
The medium-term notes were publicly sold by Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Co., Ltd. as the lead underwriter, with Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited, China Construction Bank Corporation Limited, Industrial Bank Co., Ltd., and Huatai Co., Ltd. as joint lead underwriters. The funds raised from the medium-term notes are intended to be used for working capital supplementation or for the repayment of interest-bearing debts of the company and its subsidiaries.
